VERWENDUNG
Prozesstank zur Rückgewinnung der Edelhefe und Rückführung in die Suspension zur Erleichterung des Batonnage-Prozesses. Es hält die Temperatur der Mostmasse während der Fermentationsphase gleichmäßig.
