Electroband - Efficient heating and insulation for tanks
Electroband is the ideal solution for heating and maintaining a constant temperature of the fluids contained inside tanks or other containers, also available with 24 volt power supply. Designed and manufactured by Albrigi, it consists of a highly efficient heating band, available in both standard and customised sizes to perfectly fit the shape of the tank.
The structure of the band is composed of a sandwich of materials, including insulating fabrics and an electrical heating element, ensuring optimal heat distribution. The band is conveniently secured by means of Velcro fasteners or straps with buckles, ensuring simple and safe assembly. It can be powered by 230 volts or 24 volts, with the possibility of customisation to suit specific operational requirements.
Temperature control systems
Electroband is equipped with a versatile temperature control system:
- Fixed-temperature mechanical thermostat: for a stable and safe setting.
- Dual thermostat: to select between two pre-set temperatures.
- Digital control unit: precise temperature control between 0°C and 120°C.
Thermal insulation
In addition to heating, Electroband also provides excellent thermal insulation, minimising heat loss and contributing to significant energy savings. We recommend the use of wider bands to fully cover the tank, optimising energy consumption.
