USE
Superfollrail is a manual or automatic fulling mechanism with a self-cleaning monopod, mounted on a double rail. It is designed for fulling marc in closed tanks placed on double or triple rows of fermenters, making it ideal for large wine installations.
FEATURES
Superfollrail is equipped with a single-foot follower that can run on a double rail, mounted down or suspended. This system allows fulling to be performed on several rows of fermenters, facilitating the handling of large quantities of marc in tanks from 100 to 500 hl. The conical, self-cleaning, edgeless fulling foot guarantees gentle and even fulling, preventing the grape marc from being torn. The long-stroke piston allows the grape marc to be slowly immersed, giving a soft massage even in the depths of the fermenters. Superfollrail can operate manually or automatically, via a motorised system controlled by a PLC with memory, running customised fulling programmes for each type of tank and grape.
