USE

FEATURES
Bioreactors can be manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304L and/or AISI 316L, depending on process requirements and the level of corrosion resistance needed. The internal surfaces are designed to ensure high hygienic standards, with finishes below 0.5 microns, according to project specifications.
The structure includes a vertical cylindrical tank with a dished bottom, designed to maximize drainage and eliminate residues completely. The conditioning jacket allows precise control of the process temperature, while the agitation system, which can be configured with helical blades or marine impellers, ensures optimal homogenization of the biological fluid.
For process monitoring, the bioreactor is equipped with sensors for pH, temperature, and pressure measurement, with the possibility of integrating remote control and advanced automation systems. The lid features a safety lock system with handwheels, and the bioreactor is designed to operate at the pressure specified in the customer’s project data, ensuring safety and compliance with current regulations, with testing performed at a higher value to guarantee system reliability. Additionally, it can be equipped with safety valves, sight glasses, and a sparger for gas insufflation, providing precise control over operating conditions.
