PRODUCTION

Albrigi has created a plant for the preparation of high viscosity products that aims to multiply the production capacity and revolutionize the production system. The heart of the system includes two reactors / mixers – made of AISI 316 L stainless steel – with 3 different rotating mixing systems inserted inside the tanks. All with the ability to work even under vacuum, guaranteeing – automatically – homogeneity to the final product, and therefore high quality. This system performs heating – cooling – vacuum or pressure – weighing, mixing processes with the use of three different technologies of automatic mixing and washing systems. The discharge is facilitated with a 45 ° cone – with ladder and service walkway – power board – control console.

When tradition meets innovation: the two-line plant that Albrigi designed for Salvagno allows to convey the product directly from the crusher to the storage tanks, without the use of pumps. The solutions adopted, such as sterilizable butterfly valves and pumps that avoid oil mixing, make it a unique system for quality and efficiency.

PRODUCTION

The Cavalchina farm, historic producer of Custoza, was able to make its production processes more efficient with the adoption of the Batontank.
. The bâtonnage, an operation that was carried out manually in the cellar, was automated thanks to the shovel installed on the bottom of the Batontank, able to put the fine lees back in suspension. A safe, automatic and programmable system: an example of how Albrigi technology can improve cellar management processes.

The Masi experimental center, a pole of technological development and experimentation, was created to create modern wines with an ancient heart using the most advanced methodologies. The word technology is the fulcrum around which Bertani (family of winemakers among the oldest in Italy), owner of Tenuta Santa Maria, decided to design his own cellar, with the aim of achieving results that would not be possible with traditional systems. . Albrigi has fully embraced this directive, equipping the cellar with Meccanotank (a real complete winemaking system, equipped with various accessories including a shovel for extracting the marc and cap-breaking poles for delestage) and Termotank connected in Profibus. With a simple smartphone, it is thus possible to remotely control the processes and activities in progress.

PRODUCTION

Located in S. Pietro in Cariano, in the heart of Valpolicella, the Montecariano farm has collaborated for a long time with Albrigi, testing the best technological solutions in search of a product of ever better quality. This process led the winery to equip itself with an excellent fermenter such as Volvotank, controlled and programmed by PLC and equipped, among other things, with a heat-conditioned rotating blade and an automatic oxygenation system.

ZENATO AZIENDA VITIVINICOLA – Historic winery on the shores of Lake Garda – www.zenato.it

PRODUCTION

Zenato has been producing quality wines since 1960. The 75 hectares of vineyards owned by the winery provide the grapes to make in particular the famous Lugana and Amarone. The challenge faced by Albrigi in building the systems for Zenato was to introduce the most advanced winemaking technologies even in environments where the volumes to be exploited are reduced, developing above all upwards. The solution adopted was to create vertical tanks with compartments, called Politank, whose services are easily accessible even from the ground. Through the Archimede system, it was also possible to automate and control operations in the cellar in a simple and effective way, using devices connected wirelessly, such as smartphones and tablets. Safety, but also comfort, space optimization combined with productivity, and last but not least the Twin Fix fixed washing system, make the Zenato cellar an example of what Albrigi Technology can do for its customers.
