USE
Pulitank is used for the internal washing of tanks, vats and containers intended for the storage or processing of compatible food, wine-making or industrial liquids.
The system is lowered from the top of the tank and immediately directs the jet towards the internal top surface. The liquid then flows down along the walls, promoting natural rinsing by gravity and uniform distribution even at reduced pressure.
Thanks to its two-axis orbital rotation, the jet reaches the internal surfaces of the tank from multiple directions, helping to clean the walls, bottom, top and internal components such as any heat exchange plates.
FEATURES
Pulitank is made of AISI 304/316 stainless steel and is designed to operate in demanding conditions, including intensive washing cycles and aggressive liquids such as caustic soda or tartaric residues.
It works without electric motors: rotation is generated directly by the energy of the washing fluid. This reduces system complexity, limits the risk of faults and makes the equipment more reliable over time.
The system can operate with hot water, approximately between 60 °C and 70 °C, and is equipped with large-diameter nozzles, from 6 to 10 mm, designed to reduce the risk of clogging.

Maintenance is simple and operating costs are kept low. The system is also compatible with the most common types of pumps and can be configured with different fittings according to the requirements of the plant.
Pulitank is suitable for wineries, the food industry, large-capacity stainless steel tanks, concrete vats and plants requiring frequent or intensive washing cycles, including with cleaning solutions such as caustic soda. It is an effective, uniform and reliable solution for washing large volumes, reducing system complexity thanks to its operation without electric motors. It can be installed from the top and configured with different fittings according to the characteristics of the tank and washing system.
