USE
The Variopallet is a palletizable tank designed to offer maximum flexibility in the management and storage of liquids. Ideal for small product quantities, it is suitable for applications in the food, wine, and chemical sectors. Thanks to its mobile stainless steel lid with pneumatic hermetic sealing, it effectively protects the contents from external contamination, making it perfect for safely and hygienically preserving sensitive products.
FEATURES
The Variopallet stands out for its variable capacity, making it ideal for managing small liquid quantities in an optimized manner. The floating lid with a food-grade air chamber minimizes oxygen contact, preserving the product’s characteristics. Its palletizable base and stamped bottom allow for quick and safe handling using pallet jacks or forklifts, enhancing logistical operations.
The removable DIN 50 ball valve ensures rapid discharge and easy cleaning, meeting the highest hygiene standards. Its compact design optimizes storage space, while the available capacities, ranging from 5 to 14 hl, make it adaptable to the specific needs of any business.
STANDARD ACCESSORIES
The tank features a palletizable lower frame, total discharge outlet, floating lid with lifting arm, and air pump. In the configuration shown in the photo, a DIN 50 removable ball valve has been installed on the total discharge outlet (the tank can also be supplied without a valve or with a different valve option). The Variopallet was produced for exhibition purposes and has never been used.
