USE

The Enopallet is a palletisable and stackable tank, stackable up to 5 high, designed for use in wineries. It is ideal for storing, handling and fermenting small quantities of wine, musts, concentrates and lees.

FEATURES

  • Variable Capacity: Available in capacities of 6.1 hl, 8.3 hl, 10.7 hl and 15.3 hl, specially designed for small capacities.
  • Palletisable and Stackable: Easy to move and stackable up to 5 high, optimising cellar space.
  • Complete Accessories: Equipped with large doors for extracting marc, air conditioning cavities, thermometers, temperature probes, washing systems, and nitrogen gas inertisation systems.
  • Agitators Available: Possibility of applying fixed or removable agitators, adapting the tank to specific oenological requirements.
  • Certifications: Built and tested according to PED regulations for pressures of 1.3-3-6 bar, suitable for sparkling wines.
