UTILISATION ACCESSOIRES

Washing cip plant composed of:

N. 1 tank of 100 liters on wheels in AISI 316 L stainless steel insulated with rock wool and lining external stainless steel, internal diameter 600 mm, external diameter 680 mm, total height 1000 mm complete with: - upper half-lid that can be opened, - push handle, - N. 4 wheels DN 100 (n. 2 with brake), - sleeve for level probe, - N. 2 nozzles with DN 20 curve, - N. 1 well for PT 100 probe, - tank support frame, - brackets for panel and electric pump.
N. 2 tanks DN 250 for concentrates, capacity 10 liters in AISI 316 L stainless steel complete with: - upper nozzle DN 100 with cap and vent, - N. 1 visual mirror L=250 mm, - discharge nozzle - support staff.
N. 1 centrifugal electric pump 2.2 Kw - 10 m³/H – 2900 RPM enclosed.
N. 2 electric resistances of 8 Kw each. in AISI 316L stainless steel.
N. 2 pneumatic butterfly diverter valves DN 40.
N. 1 ON/OFF pneumatic valve DN 40 seat incl. For water.
N. 2 ON/Off pneumatic valves DN 20 for concentrated dosing.
N. 1 conductive type level probe with 3 rods,
N. 1 PT 100 resistance thermometer.
N. 1 electric control panel with PLC.
N. 2 return valves DN 40.
N. 1 flow rate adjustment tap.
N. 1 thermometer on the return.
N. 1 pressure gauge on the delivery.
