USE
The Monofollrail is a hand-guided, rail-mounted, pneumatic fulling mechanism designed to perform fulling on several aligned tanks. It is ideal for serving several in-line fermenters.
FEATURES
- Manual Fulling on Rail: Equipped with a manual guide system on a monorail that allows fulling to be performed on several aligned tanks.
- Self-Cleaning Conical Foot: Equipped with a truncated cone-shaped fulling foot with rounded edges, which guarantees soft, tear-free fulling.
- Long-stroke pneumatic piston: Allows fulling to be performed at any point on the surface of the grape marc cap, gently immersing it under the must.
- Adaptability: Can be used on open, closed, conical, rectangular, high and low fermenters.
- Ease of Installation: The sliding beam can be fixed to the ceiling or roof, without the need to reinforce existing structures.
- Manual or Mechanical Adjustment: The up and down movement can be adjusted manually or mechanically via PLC, with free or motorised sliding carriage
