USE
The Cagliotank is an insulated, jacketed, multipurpose tank used for heating, cooling, pasteurising and mixing various types of food liquids. It is particularly suitable for the production of cheese, pasta filata, cottage cheese, drinking milk, yoghurt, creams, jellies, béchamel and jams.
FEATURES
- Flexibility: It can be equipped with different paddle shafts depending on the type of product to be processed, including wire shafts for curd cutting, multi-pale shafts for liquid agitation, and gate shafts for viscous liquids.
- Thermal Control: Heating and cooling are managed by a stainless steel control panel with temperature controller and digital indicators of product and jacket temperatures.
- Robust Construction: Made of AISI 304 cold-rolled 1st grade stainless steel, with the possibility of AISI 316L contact parts on request.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: All parts in contact with the product are mirror polished with concealed welds for easy cleaning and washing. The external finish is satin-finished gr.180 with shaved welds, also available in 2B or flamed on request.
- Safety: Equipped with safety devices according to current regulations and CE marking.
