Made on an exclusive Albrigi project, the Monotank-Fly allows, thanks to an appropriately sized piston, to raise and lower the tank, facilitating operations in the cellar and above all integrating perfectly into structures that apply principles of reduction of the use of pumps for the transfer of must and wine. The possibility of moving the tank vertically, in fact, allows the transfer of liquids by gravity, ensuring the maintenance of the organoleptic characteristics and savings in economic terms. It's possible to make the Monotank-Fly with steel sheets of different colors.
