USE
The Multifolltank is a special fermenter that is ideal for treating raisined grapes and salassi, and for turning thick grape marc cap. It is designed to slowly sink slices of grape marc into the must.

- Robust Design: Ideal for turning thick grape marc caps, very robust and capable of slowly sinking slices of grape marc into the must.
- Four-Foot Melter: Equipped with four self-cleaning conical feet with rounded edges, driven by long-stroke pneumatic pistons to ensure maximum cleanliness and respect for the grape marc.
- Efficient Fulling Process: Performs the fulling process at regular intervals, working individually, in pairs or alternately, breaking up and turning over the grape marc cap without producing lees.
- Oxygenation and Conditioning System: Equipped with automatic oxygenation systems and conditioning cavities throughout the cylinder and at the bottom.
- Advanced Control: Equipped with electrical panels with PLC to manage fermentation and draining, even under light pressure using natural CO2.
