FEATURES
The SUPERTANK is ideal for the production of high quality natural, organic and biodynamic wines. It handles the marc cap while keeping it submerged, with a natural fermentation process. The tank is made of AISI 304L stainless steel with options for AISI 316L, includes an inclined conical bottom to facilitate the discharge of the marc, and a cavity to control the temperature during fermentation. Repassing occurs naturally by exploiting CO2 pressure, creating a convective motion for must temperature management.
