USE
The Tinotank is a classic truncated-cone fermenter, ideal for mashing or délestage. Its conical shape allows the pomace cap to expand and disintegrate easily when pushed into the must by the paddle or during délestage. This tank is particularly suitable for fermenting red grapes, improving the efficiency of the maceration and fermentation process.

FEATURES
Tinotank is designed to optimise the fulling and délestage processes. Its conical shape allows for optimal disintegration of the pomace cap. It comes complete with thermometers, Termostar cavities for heating and cooling, fixed or mobile oxygenation systems, and washing systems. The tank can be equipped with fulling mechanisms such as the Monofolltank with self-rotating shovel or the Palitank system to break the cap during délestage. It can also be equipped with top-up pumps and switchboards with PLC for total control of the fermentation process.
