Classic, cone-shaped fermenter. Ideal for fulling or delastage. Its particular shape allows the cap of pomace when it falls into the must, pushed by the shovel or foot fulling, or during the delestage to spread and disintegrate very easily since being a cone the base of the tank is wider than the sky. On request it is supplied complete with pile breaker poles (Palitank) or fulling mechanisms (Monofolltank or Monofollrail).
