USE
The TITANK is a titanium tank ideal for fermentation and storage of musts, crushed musts and wines, with capacities ranging from 1000 to 10000 litres. It is designed to guarantee the absolute integrity of the contents thanks to the unique properties of titanium.
FEATURES
Equipped with a silentblock, the TITANK is able to isolate and dampen vibrations and shocks from external agents such as micro-earthquakes and stray currents. Titanium, being an inert metal, does not release metals and cations to the contents, ensuring more regular and efficient fermentation. In addition, the tank includes a 'gold cluster' that functions as a positive pole in an electrochemical system to promote self-reduction, accelerate wine maturation and dissolve the gold in the wine.
